Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Claims Manager for a reputable client located in El Monte, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that offers long-term career potential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for process improvement within claims operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end claims lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
  • Lead and support a high-performing claims team.
  • Oversee reporting, KPIs, and data-driven analysis to improve departmental performance.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, Medicare/Medicaid, and CMS regulations.
  • Drive process improvements and assist with automation/efficiency initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Customer Service, and Compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing claims operations (healthcare/TPA/managed care preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; additional experience considered in place of a degree.
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team-building experience.
  • Ability to analyze data, manage KPIs, and improve workflows.

Required Work Hours

Full-time position from Monday to Friday.
